Can I hire Warwick Racecourse for a daytime event?

Are there conference facilities available?
Yes – we have a range of conference rooms and can hold events from 2 – 300 delegates at one time
Can I hire Warwick Racecourse for an event for only a couple of hours?

Can we hold a wedding ceremony at Warwick Racecourse?
No – unfortunately we do not hold a license for your wedding ceremony however our Paddock Pavilion offers a stunning space for your wedding reception. Call the events team for more information​
What do the venue fees include?
Exclusive use of the venue on your chosen evening for the full hire period. The full operational support from our Events Team in the run up to your event and one of our Event Managers to co-ordinate and deliver your event on the day. Security staff Cleaning
Do you ever offer a discount on the venue hire fees?
All of our prices are tailored specifically towards your requirements so we can offer the best rates for your event.
What is the booking procedure?
Provisional dates can be held without commitment. The length of time that dates can be provisionally held depends on the popularity of the date. Clients will always be given notice and an opportunity to confirm before a provisionally held date is released from them. Once clients have notified us that they would like to book an event confirmation of an event requires a signed copy of the contract which is issued alongside our terms and conditions. The confirmation of all bookings is subject to the payment of 50% of the hire fee by the hirer within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. The balance invoice is issued the day after the event.
What is your cancellation policy for confirmed events?
If the Event is cancelled more than 60 days of the event then 25% of the total event is charged If the Event is cancelled less than 60 days and more than 14 days of the event then 50% of the total event is charged If the Event is cancelled within 14 days of the event the full hire fee will be required
Can we bring in our own caterer or production company?
We do allow clients to arrange your own AV to come in although we also have a dedicated Technical Manager on site to assist with all AV requirements. We can only allow clients to bring their own caterers if their event is an Asian Wedding. We have our own dedicated catering company on site – Jockey Club Catering – who are able to supply a whole range of options to suit all requirements
Can you offer a food and drink package along with venue hire?
Yes – we offer packages to include food & drink as well as room hire. Call our events team for more information
Can we provide our own alcohol?
Yes – we do charge corkage for bringing your own drinks.
Can we use our own photographer, musician or entertainment?
Yes – all we ask is for a copy of their public liability insurance
Can we deliver or set up the day before an event?
Deliveries can be made prior to your event. Please just clearly mark on the packages the event they are related to. We do charge for set up prior to your event
Can we arrange to leave items in the venue overnight?
Yes – as long as we know in advance we are able to lock items away. Please note all items left on site are at the owners risk and the racecourse will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of property
Can we use our own electrical equipment in the venue?
Yes – all items will be need to be PAT tested in advance of arrival.
Is dancing allowed at the venue?
Yes – our evening license for alcohol and entertainment goes on until 12am. We are able to supply entertainment for you or you can arrange your own
Can we smoke inside the venue?
No – smoking is only permitted outside the venue.
Is there any parking?
Yes we have plenty of onsite parking which is complimentary to all guests – around 100 spaces
Is there disabled access?
Yes – we are fully accessible to all guests
Do you have an outside space that we can use?
Yes we have a range of outdoor space – call the events team to discuss your requirements further
Can we hire a space for a photo shoot or filming?
Yes – call the events team to discuss your requirements further
How late can events run and can they be extended?
Our license is until 12am however with prior notice this can be extended to 1am
